CHP car sits on Tonzi Rd under an Oak tree up on the hill (North/East side) and on the opposite side behind the hill (South/West side). When they sit on the North/East side of the road, you do not expect them to be there because you can't see Tonzi Rd very easily. Latitude, Longitude 38.406899,-120.830398 When they hide on the South/West side of the road you cannot see them in either direction until it's too late. The speed limit is 55. Ridge Road near State Highway 49   Sutter Creek, California

From state route 49 to the Jackson Rancheria Casino the sheriffs patroll are really cracking down due to accidents on Ridge Road, they will pull you over for going a few miles over the speed limit.
