North Norwich, New York Speed Traps

As you approach North Norwich on County Road 23, (runs parallel to State Rt. 12) you will be going down a steep hill. About 3/4 of the way down the hill, the speed limit changes to 30 mph. The Sheriff’s Dept. usually has a car either on the left side, set back from the road, hidden in a driveway, or on the right side of the road on the right at the bottom of the hill. The trap at the very bottom of the hill is Very well hidden, and you won’t see him until he comes out after you.
