Right on the corner of Massasoit ave and Austin Ave. Just as you’re getting off the Henderson bridge and it immediately switches to 25mph. He parks his car on Austin ave which is hidden by a white picket fence. He walks right out into traffic and points at you to pull you over.

The car is well hidden, usually far from the main road, and they stand near the telephone poles and nab you with their handheld radar. Usually in the afternoon and early evening hours.
