South Lark Ellen Ave.& East Fairgrove Ave.   West Covina, California

When going south on Lark Ellen and starting to go downhill, you have to make a full stop (meaning count 1-3 seconds before driving off) at the stop sign. There is a cop hidden on Fairgrove Ave. waiting for drivers doing a rolling stop. This is not necessarily a "speed" trap but a trap nevertheless.

LarkEllen and Puente Ave @ Palmview Park SW   West Covina, California

There is a motorcycle cop that sits at the SW entrance to Palmview Park behind some rose bushes taking radar speed of traffic flow on Puente Ave. This officer is not really visible if you are traveling Eastbound on Puente. The speed limit is reduced in that area due to a school nearby and children walking in the area. Be cautious since he is usually sitting there around morning school hours.

Walnut Ave between Maplegrove Ave and Francisquito Ave   West Covina, California

Actually in LA county area. Speed limit is 25 mph on Walnut in West Covina which changes name to Echelon in La Puente. South of Francisquito there is nothing but empty parking lots and a church for about a block and further south there are homes. West Covina police sit behind bushes in parking lot on north west corner of Walnut and Francisquito waiting for anyone to be just a couple of miles over the 25 mph limit and then they've got you! More than a $200.00 fine for 6 miles over. They monitor periodically and then they stop.
