Roscoe Boulevard near Valley Circle Boulevard   West Hills, California

As you approach Valley Circle Boulevard from Roscoe Boulevard, the posted speed limit on Roscoe drops suddenly from 40 mph to 35 mph. Several motorcycle policemen wait in a cul de sac street across from the entrance to Orcutt Ranch to site motorists who do not drop their speed from 40 mph to 35 mph quickly enough.

Victory Boulevard near Berquist Avenue   West Hills, California

On Victory between Woodlake & Platt LAPD Motorcycle hides in the shadows of trees between cars either on the north or south side of the street and writes lots of tickets.

This is not run every day, the more often it is run the more people learn where to slow down.
