Rt 85 on or near the Causeway And Pymatunning Lake Rd. Andover, Ohio

State Park Rangers have jurisdiction over this streach of Rt. 85 and set in the pulloff on the causeway and clock both east and westbound traffic. Also the streach of Pymatuning Lake rd. both north and south of Rt 85 are park controlled and subject to enforcement by the Rangers. (which they do very readily). A true frustration to those of use who have been subjected to crime within the park while they have been running traffic on the streets surounding it.

Officer has car off the road on the South side in a field - radar pointing to the Andover Square (downtown Andover) -- 25 MPH zone.
