Motor officers park along north side of street where alleys/driveways exit onto Dinuba Ave (often hidden by trees/shrubs) and particularly monitor westbound traffic entering Reedley where speed limit drops from 55 to 45 to 35 mph over a short distance.

CHP, plus Fowler, Parlier and Reedley Police Departments monitor Manning Ave as a special enforcement zone. Speeds vary significantly from 65 down to 45 or 35 in those towns and are strictly enforced, particularly during evening and morning commute hours (as early as 6 am).
