Caseyville police sit in the median and clock cars coming north. By the time the driver sees the police car, it’s too late. The speed limit is 45 mph and is strictly enforced. Police also sit on side roads in this same area where they cannot be seen. All of this is about half a mile south of Cracker Barrel.
