Down hill side just before Copperopolis trun off.   Copperopolis, California

CHP is abusing thier power by stopping vehicles for minor infractions and then citing for seatbelt violations of any type. CHP is out to collect money for the General Fund to keep their jobs. I will no longer go into Calaveras County in protest. The Superior Court Judge is acting like an old Justice of the Peace and upholding and/or making his own rules in support of CHP officers even when there are medical exceptions to specific vehicle codes.

Hwy 4 downhill westbound approaching old Copperopolis   Copperopolis, California

There is a long downhill approaching the turnoff for old Copperopolis. They will get you if you go even 5 miles over. slow vehicles need to use turn outs and be considerate.
