Outside LAX on southbound Sepulveda
M/C officer sets up in bus stop cutout just south of the light at Century and southbound Sepulveda. The speed limit on southbound Lincoln is 50 mph, after merging with Sepulveda the next speed limit sign (45mph) is at the entrance to the tunnel under the runways. (The sign has been recently moved 1/10th of a mile north). The M/C officers use the speed limit of 40mph from the village north of LAX to bump their revenues when they write tickets to make quota.
