HWY 51 about 1 mile north of the downtown square   Granbury, Texas

They work that area between grave yard coming out of town to the big Baptist Church on the right. The speed limit changes from 55 to 40 to 30 in a short distance coming into town from the north. I have seen many people pulled over there including myself.

Old Granbury Road   Granbury, Texas

Whether you are coming from 377 or Temple Hall, this stretch of road is bad. Sometimes the police are sitting off the road but mostly just driving up and down, tagging you on radar as you pass going the other direction. This road is 40 mph. and I see at least 3-4 people a week pulled over.

Hwy 377 between Granbury and Cresson   Granbury, Texas

DPS works this area heavily. A favorite spot they like to hide is on the right, behind the hill as you are going through the cut-out heading west towards Granbury. Another is eastbound just as you are coming into Cresson and the speed limit drops. From Cresson to FM 167 (the first traffic light in Granbury) there may be as many as 4 troopers working the area (about 7 miles). My wife got a ticket for just two miles over the limit. Officer explained to her what "limit" meant. What a jerk.

Speeding Tickets

You deserve every speeding ticket you get. You can complain all you want after the fact, but it's true.
Find out why.

It's one of the "great" American past times: complaining about unfair speeding tickets. There are two types of people when it comes to complaining about this particular type of traffic ticket. Which group are you in?
