In the middle of nowhere there is a little city called Kit Carson and I advise you to never pass a truck while you are in the city limits or even somewhat close because there are officers that like to sneak up on you over the hills, and hide in side streets, and will clock you even if you are going over by ten they will most likely pull you over. so watch out and take your time.
