Going up hill on Kam Highway after leaving Mililani Town

After passing Waikalani Drive going North, a police car parks at top of hill on Kam Highway (by entrance to guard shack) and catches motorists using lasar gun coming up the hill going toward Wahiawa. The speed limit used to be 45 mph, but has been reduced to 35 mph. I frequently drive this stretch of road and only see police cars about twice a month after 10:00 p.m.
