Caves Road between Dines & Fairmount   Russell Township, Ohio

The officers park in a double wide driveway partially hidden by trees on the west side of Caves about 3 houses north of Dines.

Caves Road near Fairmount   Russell Township, Ohio

The officers park in the Westwood Elementary School lot and are not visible until it's too late when you are traveling south on Caves.

Rt. 87 (Kinsman) near County Line Road   Russell Township, Ohio

The officers park at the bottom of the hill on 87 where the speed limit has dropped from 50mph to 40mph. Between gaining speed as you go downhill and the posted speed dropping by 10mph they make a fortune here. They are usually parked both AM & PM during rush hours.
