Joint force of Suffield & Enfield Police set up the trap on the entrance ramp from Pearl St facing West onto the 190 Bridge over the CT River. The speed limit was 50, but with numerous accidents on the bridge, it was lowered to 45. Cars regularly go 60-70 mph. They pull you over past the Pearl St. Bridge.
