Southbound frontage road at 1518 ( Evans Road )   Selam, Texas

1518 runs through Selma under I35. I was trapped going from the frontage road onto 1518 going west. This passes by a Catholic school. The school zone sign was covered by a large tree at the corner. Clear line of sight is not available to the driver turning onto this road until just before the sign ( about 20 feet). I am not convinced that the sign was flashing that day to activate the school zone reduction in speed.
