Newport (Kellyville), New Hampshire Speed Traps

Down a long hill (truck lane in opposite direction) the speed limit drops to 35 mph. Must brake to reduce to that limit. Several parking locations for police to hide. Traffic is monitored in either direction. Cars speeding up for truck lane before 35 mph limit ends; vehicles not slowing down enough fast enough for the "mystery" speed limit. Rural area with no obvious reason for the speed limit to drop other than to enhance revenue.
