Fairfax County Mounties retreat to some of the side roads to nab drivers going 40 on double lane highway that "just happens" to be designated as a 35 mph zone because it is within 100 miles of a "skule." Be very careful turning south from Manchester Lakes Blvd onto the double lane highway known as Hayfield Road!
