from city limits on each side of town on Hwy 70   Spur, Texas

Speed limit drops from 70 to 45 quickly approaching the town, then drops to 30 immediately,,, driver has to brake significantly at the sight of the 30 mph sign... I go through there almost weekly and 90% of the time, the local police (in a new police pickup) has someone stopped... including me on a couple of occasions... both times 40 in a 30
