Spine Road near Celestial Seasonings
Photo van parks for several hours once or twice a week between White Rock Cir. and Gunbarrel Ave., the two entrances for Celestial Seasonings. Only watches northbound traffic. The median prevents a clear view of southbound license plates. It is tempting to speed up here, after coming thourgh the twisty part of Spine. But the speed limit on Spine is 30 from Jay Road to 63rd. When the van is operating, there is a small green warning sign tied to one of the sign posts at the RTD bus stop at White Rock and Spine.

Around the curve between Blue Mt. Graphics and Celestial Seasonings distribution center, the speed limit drops from 30 to 20 between the hours of 7 – 9 a.m. and 2 – 4 p.m. It is a school zone for Boulder Prep. Beware and slow down! There are unmarked cars with radar there frequently zapping cars. I think fines are doubled, too.
