Eastbound South Street just before Downey Ave   Long Beach/Lakewood, California

I usually see 3-5 motorcycles in the Lakewood Regional Medical Center parking lot, just before the old Albertson's building. They are usually there on Thursdays, and I have seen them there at 4 in the afternoon, and then at 2 in the morning waiting for all the bar flies and drunks to leave the bar across the street. The posted speed is 35 until you hit Downey, where it goes to 40. They will nail drivers going in both directions, so be careful. My brother got popped for doing 38. These cops are RUTHLESS!
