CR 1 just south of Curlew Rd. Dunedin, Florida

Police will sit in the left turn lane just south of Curlew and watch northbound traffic coming over the crest of the hill. Usually in a marked car. I have also seen police rolling in unmarked cars patrolling the area between Curlew and Michigan - usually a silver Charger.

Albert St and Alt 19 Dunedin, Florida

If you are traveling North on Alt 19 you can't make a right turn from 4-6p.,m. onto Albert St. any day of the week. Officer sits right behind the church on the corner or in between the houses next to the church. The interesting part is that you cannot make a right turn, but if instead you are traveling south on Alt 19, you can make a left turn, there is no signage or double yellow line indicating otherwise. Tickets are $166.00, officer sits there 2 to 3 times a week. This was the city's solution to speeders even though no officer sits in that street outside of that 2-hr window. People speed quite a bit there after those hours.

County Police sit near the school and ticket people doing over 25MPH several times a day

County Police sit in the housing developement driveway entrance and ticket people doing over 45MPH several times a week

Palm and Greenway near golf course Dunedin, Florida

The entire neighborhood around the golf course, especially on Greenway between Palm and Madeira is a hotspot..several Sheriff deputies live in the neighborhood, and are very picky on speed and oddball 3-way stop signs... Stop signs and white pavement stripes don't all agree...
