Stone Park, Utah Speed Traps

ALL of stone park is fair game to the police, but this is the main strip that they get. And they traffic stop for everything possible, even if it’s an equipment violation… Window tinting, speeding, burnt out headlight, taillight, license plate bulb, lights not aimed properly, ANY little violation, even if they "think" it may be wrong or suspicious. They stopped me because I had my headlights on at night, and they couldn’t tell if I had a front license plate or not. And God help you when they run checkpoints, NObody gets by without a look… They usually set up northbound mannheim just before or just after North Ave., set up public works trucks/fake construction zone, take 3 lanes to 1, and spot check everybody.
