Exit 4 On 103 West, over pass looking at west bound traffic

9-Mile Creek, Nova ScotiaDec 31, 20100 Comments

Buddy with a “hair dryer” sits up on the over pass looking east at out-bound/West traffic. You will find 2 – 4 cruisers then on the following on-ramp waiting for his reports to pull you over.

The other one is just east of this exit(#4) in the median, some times two cruisers , I see them doing paper work mostly but no doubt also awaiting a “ding-ding” indicating the 145klm-ers(+25klms)

Check your right rear view mirror(shoulder check for sure) on the east bound on-ramp of Exit 3(BLT traffic), some times they are sitting on this on-ramp looking towards/at the HFX in-bound.
Same for sitting under/near this Exit on the right, they are checking the HFX in-bound. You come up over the rise and there they are…
or sitting in the median just west of this exit, evenings mostly but have seen them a couple of times in the am as you head down the hill/dive into the 9-Mile Creek over-pass.
