Especially on weekends the marshals sit on either end of town to catch travelers, even if they are close to the posted speed limit. They force you to sign a ticket admitting guilt on the spot or be hauled before the judge.

Town is 30mpg, but between the 30mph and 45mph signs they wait for you exiting the town going West. You can do 30mph through the entire town, but if you speed up leaving the town and peak at 51mph right before the 45mph sign then you are written up for 51mph in a 30mph zone.
