Wide open road thru the mangroves with 40MPH limit; motocycle units will camp out in the median and laser morning commuters heading Westbound to work, and beachgoers heading Eastbound. Routine patrol at least once a week, sometimes more frequently.
Sheridan St east of the Turnpike overpass (61 Av)
East bound traffic on Sheridan St is three lanes @ 45 MPH. As you start up the overpass it goes down to two lanes @ 35 MPH. Multiple officers ( on motorcycles and or cars) wait on the east side of bridge behind huge power poles and or the bus stop near by.
North Side of Sheridan on Park Road
Motorcycle cop sits in the median, will pull you over if you’re going over 30.
N. 26th (Oakwood)
they sit in the LaQuinta Inn Parking lot anytime from 6pm to Midnight! they will be there for hours on end.
