Funie Steed Rd Kissimmee, Florida

There is a overpass that crosses Funie Steed Rd. The police officer pulls off onto the sidewalk underneath the overpass during night time. There are no lights near that location and the police officer doesn't have their lights on. So it's pitch black under there. The police officer points their radar between the 30mph sign and 40mph sign and then flashes their lights and walks into the middle of the street to pull you over.

Irlo Bronson Highway Kissimmee, Florida

A common speedtrap all along this highway in Kissimmee, is to station from one to a half dozen police cars in the malls. From there, they can observe the intersection and use their radar guns. When a car is caught, they radio another police car to pull them over. Sometimes they are over 50 feet inside the mall, and can not be seen by drivers on the road. I have known dozens of people who got pulled over this way and a few even lost their licenses.

Morning and afternoon, speed trap in school zone. Motorcycle Sheriff. sits in private drive.. Speeding fines are high, and they give no leeway!

Poinciana Blvd, South of US 192 and North of US 17/92 Kissimmee, Florida

Going North from US 17/92 you will often find a speed trap where the road goes down from 45mph around a bend approaching Lake Cecile Drive. They use unmarked cars, bikes and hand held radar. Sometimes they wait in the median, sometimes in a small lay-by. Also, they sometimes stage the trap in the opposite direction. At least once a month this trap is in operation but when the weather is nicer they seem to be there more often. I stopped once and asked a cop what was the top speed they had caught someone... 89mph in a 40mph.

Several officers will hide in a parking lot under shade trees on the right hand side of the street and nab speeders heading from The OBT/JYP areas to Michigan
