Lake Clarke Shores, Florida Speed Traps

Speed limit starts at 45 mph just pass congress ave going east, a sign says to reduce speed, then next sign is 35 mph. The trick is there is a bridge after the 35 mph sign,once you are on top of the bridge you are on there radar. You now have ticket.They start about 8:00am. Some poeple really speed thru here.

Mainly between I-95 and Florida-Mango Road. Police in cars park in driveways or crosswise in the median, or parked in side roads. Speed limit is 35; beware of going over this limit!

When you exit west bound on Forest Hill Boulevard, you pass right through their town. When heading East bound, if you cross the first white line at the red light right before RR tracks, they will issue a ticket.

West of I-95 on Forest Hill Blvd. before Florida Mango. That little 1/2 mile stretch of Forest Hill has been a trap for as many years as i can remember.

The speed limit through here is 35 mph, and everywhere around it is 45. The town must get most of it’s income from speed traps, as I’ve seen hundreds of cars pulled over there throughout the years. My radar always goes off around here, and they are known to park in parking spots between cars so you can’t see them while radaring. They will pull you over for going as much as 3 mph over and 10 under. Ridiculous.
