US Highway 1 Marathon, Florida

US HWY1, Leaving Town towards Key West, 1st Bridge. US1 has several speed limits that change over short distances. Officers will be waiting on a parking lot just before the bridge, and they ticket GROUPS of cars. The posted speed limit is 45 mph, changing to 55 mph at the bridge. Small town with low revenue.

Theres only one road in, one road out! Marathon, Florida

I have never seen so many cops. Speed drops from 45 to 35, and it's all they seem to have time to do. I made the mistake of fighting one once. I can't believe that it wasn't listed here already.
