Jay, Maine Speed Traps

Cruisers nearly always sit in parking lot across from Jay HS and Middle School entrance on school days between 7:30 and 8:30 am. Speed limit changes from 35mph to 15mph as you start down the hill coming from Livermore Falls. It is very hard to slow down to 15mph from 35mph when you are going downhill. You almost always see cars pulled over in that stretch during those hours.
