South of town   Layton, Florida

As you are coming into Layton, the speed drops as you come reach town. So you figure when you leave town, it will pick right back up - but it's much further out of town (with no houses or anything around - who knows why). There is ALWAYS a police car sitting out in town, usually empty. But others are patrolling south of town. Worst speed trap in the Keys.
