Sewall's Point Rd. between Jensen Beach and East Ocean Blvd.   Sewall's Point, Florida

The 25 MPH speed limit is not entirely unrealistic, given that the road is narrow and heavily poulated, primarily by residents of advanced age. Absent police presence (a rarity), traffic usually flows at 25-30 MPH, not an unsafe rate for this road in my experienced opinion. It's interesting to note that that this section of the road is heavily travelled by many local non-Sewall's Point residents as well as tourists, while that portion of the road south of East Ocen Blvd. (which eventually dead-ends and therefore is used almost exclusively by town residents and their service contractors) is patrolled rarely, if ever, for speeders. It is, however, heavilly patrolled for "are you supposed to be here?"" purposes. "

Speeding Tickets

You deserve every speeding ticket you get. You can complain all you want after the fact, but it's true.
Find out why.

It's one of the "great" American past times: complaining about unfair speeding tickets. There are two types of people when it comes to complaining about this particular type of traffic ticket. Which group are you in?
