As you head west on Hull Street, past Rt. 288, you’ll hit two traffic lights. After the second one you’ll be heading downhill. If you look hard down to the right, you’ll often see County Police shooting radar from the entrance to the water treatment plant, up the hill right at you. Coordinates: 37.415317, -77.643346
