On GA-138E between GA-54 and Tara Blvd   Clayton, Georgia

When you go through the intersection of GA-54 and GA-138 going eastbound towards Tara Blvd there is a 35 MPH speed limit that just pops up as you go over a hill and the police camp out at the bottom of the hill. I saw them have 4 cars pulled over.

Interstate 75 near Forest Parkway Crossing   Clayton, Georgia

Clayton County Sherrifs work north and south sides of I-75 on the south side of Fulton county adjacent to the Torest Parkway exits.

The posted speed limit is 55 MPH.

The traffic in this area never moves below 70 MPH unless there is a major traffic jam. Anyone attempting to drive, either south or north on this section in any lane, would be in extreme jeapordy of being run over by trucks or other cars!

No attempt is made to uniformly enforce the speed limit, rather Sherrif deputies "cherry pick" individual cars, while allowing others in the large groups where individuals were targeted to continue at avery high rate of speed.

This highly selective enforcement is most often visible early in the AM or later in the PM.

Speeding Tickets

You deserve every speeding ticket you get. You can complain all you want after the fact, but it's true.
Find out why.

It's one of the "great" American past times: complaining about unfair speeding tickets. There are two types of people when it comes to complaining about this particular type of traffic ticket. Which group are you in?
