Highway 17 between Garden Valley and Lowman   Lowman, Idaho

Boise county is broke and received a grant from the state to pay Boise City motorcycle cops to set up speed traps. Keep an eye out for black Kawasaki Concours 14's sitting by themselves on Saturdays and Sundays during nice weather. They can easily be mistaken for a motorcyclist pulling over to take in the sights. The speed limit is very low at 40 mph and was told by the cop that wrote me a ticket that 10 over would not receive a citation. They are specifically targeting motorcyclists.
