State Highway 29 near State Highway 145   Franklin Springs, Georgia

Hwy 29 South of Royston is the City of Franklin Springs. The speed limit drops over a blind hill, or blind curve coming from the other direction. The city police sit in a straight away between the two areas. They have large fines with no warnings. The speed changes from 45 to 35 in a short distance with the 45 area being more congested.
