US Highway 441 near State Route 57 Irwinton, Georgia

Upon entering Irwinton podunk city limits, speed limit drops (on bypass) from 65 to 45 down a huge hill for absolutely no reason except a solitary red light. City cops love this unreasonable speed change, and take advantage of people who aren't really even driving through town anyway.
