Approx 1.5 miles east of Manchester village on 127   Manchester By The Sea, Massachusetts

As you head east on 127 the speed limit rises to 40. I passed a Manchester Police car parked off the road on a slight left hand bend. Around the bend the limit drops to 20 and I slowed to 20. Was pulled over and told the limit on that bend was 25, but I saw no sign. Let go without even a warning. To summarize: the speed limit on 127 changes frequently and sometimes without warning.
