State Highway 49 near State Route 90 Bypass
This is not a whiney report because I got a speeding ticket!
Coming out of town going east toward Montezuma, the posted speed limit is 35. The 35 sign is overlaid on the legal sign which is 45. This makes it a classic speed trap and illegal. I have not been ticketed but I know many who have. One gentleman was also ticketed for not showing Proof of Insurance which is no longer required in Georgia as all the information is available to the Officer by computer.
