The Twiggs County’s sheriff’s office patrols all of I-16 as it passes through their county. They drive big, black SUVs that they must still have outstanding payments on them. The patrols on this stretch of I-16 seem to be ongoing with many sightings of stopped cars surrounded by blue lights.
