GA Hwy 71 and GA Hwy 2   Varnell, Georgia

Varnell is a small town of about 1200 people. It has been known for years that it would use its policing powers to raise revenue. The Varnell Municiple Judge quit this year because he was tired of all the picky tickets by the police. He told me "it is all about money". Varnell's Police force has just went full time and has a total of NINE, yes 9 police officers, 3 are full time, including 2 probation officers. Also, minor offences such as no tag light and failure to turn headlights on in a sprinkle will get you a substantial fine of up to $100 or more.

Speeding Tickets

You deserve every speeding ticket you get. You can complain all you want after the fact, but it's true.
