State Highway 85 near State Highway 18   Woodbury, Georgia

Coming south into town on the northside, local enforcement officer sitting in the Dollar General Store claimed a 57 in a 35 as I was coming to a stop ! Impossible. Then he claimed he "would do me a favor" and reduce it to 49 in a 35 so it wouldn't show on my record. I believe that was a clear revenue raising effort and his reduction was to make me so thankful that I wouldn't go to court. Cost was 112.00.
