Blue and White marked police car usually trying to hide behind a freeway sign. You can spot him from vehicle headlights hitting the police cars reflectors, but if you’re speeding you will get tagged. Usually there in the early morning hours between 1am to 4am

There is an officer who camps out in a black charger shooting laser behind the likelike off ramp. He targets drivers who do not take the offramp and continue on H1 westbound towards middle street/airport viaduct and moanalua gardens off ramp.

Because he actually hides in the grassy area after exit 20A Likelike HWY, you don’t really see him till you are about 500 feet away. By then he’s ready to pull you over.

The Laser he is shooting is a Marksman or Ultralyte 20/20. He shoots with his lidar rested on his drivers window.
