Officer often parked perpendicular to the road after dark by the end of double lane Highway 130 towards Pahoa and near Credit Union in the day time on 130 Westbound. Speed limit there is 45 both ways.
Speed on Old volcano road is 25 by the schools You’re vulnerable anywhere on that stretch .
