HPD lidar cop positioned near dump road driveway – pointing lidar South

The stretch of Whitmore Avenue is a frequent speed trap. Police have to locations in which they sit at and wait to tag speeders. Coming into Whitmore, you can find them on the right hand side of the road near the Dole property. Second location is just across the street sitting on the entrance of the newly constructed road.

Police car parks on shoulder of Kam highway beside Water Plant across from Wheeler Main Gate. The speed on this stretch of major highway is only 25 mph. I frequently travel this stretch of road and only see police after 10 PM about twice a month.

One or two motorcycle cops are usually posted on the right side of the road when you’re going toward northshore. They usually sit between Kunia road and Kemoo farms, right by the military housing on the right.

It’s at the bottom of a valley, steep downhill. There’s a stop light at the bottom also. Speed limits change right near the bottom. Many inconsistent judgements on part of the police department. A trap especially for soldiers, especially mid-month and end-of-month (pay days for soldiers).
