Halifax, North Carolina Speed Traps

This is not actually a speed trap but another type of a trap. What happens is that a trooper waits on an overpass bridge and when someone rolls through a stop sign and then out of seemingly no where he appears. I never saw the sign and rolled around the corner. Where I come from we have yields at the ends of he ramps unless it is real busy in which case there is a light. Later today we saw police cars parked on the overpass bridges on several occasion and in all cases where there was on off-ramp – this is a $200+ ticket.
