As soon as you turn on to the East end of Dolly Ridge Rd.   Vestavia Hills, Alabama

East end of Dolly Ridge Road as soon as you turn up road off Hwy 280 ! He is on a motorcycle and hides in the Bushes on the right side of the road , about the 2nd or 3rd house going up hill on the right. It's a 25 mile per hour speed limit. He go me for 40.

State Highway 31 near Merryvale Road   Vestavia Hills, Alabama

Officer sits in the median in a full dark car anywhere from the "Sol Azteca" Mexican restaurant near the Wal-Mart up to the CVS Pharmacy. Speed limit is 40MPH. MPH allowance is 10. i.e. over 50 you're gonna get stopped, 45 you're probably ok.
