County Sheriff’s Dept have started working this area pretty heavily, generally parked in the entrance to Osborne’s, Wetsuit Warehouse, or the little strip mall with Ruth’s Sewing Room in it. They really like Sunday mornings. And despite not really hiding their presence, you usually don’t spot them until they would have had you. But they have several opportunities to get you, either by not slowing to the 35 or to the 25 inside Williamsport limits.
