Kenilworth, Illinois Speed Traps

All along the miniscule stretch of Sheridan Road in the little town of Kenilworth the police of this town regularly stop drivers going even two mph over the speed limit (30 mph). Enforcement is primarily radar and sometimes pacing.

KW police are granted permission to park in residential drives to monitor speeds along Ridge. *NOTE KW Police also have a posted policy of not giving warnings due to State of Illinois guidelines requiring data be kept on the race of all drivers stopped.

Small village; will target out of state cars/older cars/teens and minorities. Locals get out of jail free passes.
