Lake Forest, Illinois Speed Traps

This is a 30 zone between Waukegan Rd. and Hwy 41. 33 MPH earned me a ticket, thank you.

This is a 25mph zone the entire length of Bradley Road to the I-94 overpass. Heavy trucks are also prohibited and both speeders and truckers are ticketed multiple times daily. BEWARE!

On the West side of the tollway (94) on Rt 60 there have been 2 police cars posted to reinforce the construction speed limit (35mph). By the time you see them it is too late. Your toast.

On Westleigh Road,going east and west, between GreenBay Road and Highway 41.

On Everett Road there is at least one car sitting along the
road from Waukegan Road to the Riverwoods Road stop sign. They
actively ticket and do not give warnings. Friend got nailed for 7 over.
